Guys, is this normal? XD

I wanted to say that I have a crush on this really little boy in my year at school. He acts like he's dumb but he's not.
Anyway. I keep asking him to go out with me all the time and all he says is 'I am not answering questions and I NEVER will!' What the hell is that meant to mean?!?
He wont say yes or no. :/ His friend was telling him to say no, he blushed and ran away. I tell him to say yes and he says that very thing 'I'm not answering questions' and STILL runs away.
I am really confused. I've had 25 people ask him out for me (including myself XD)
I'll keep asking him tomorrow, while chasing him down around the maths classes. I don't know why I fancied a teacher who's a fully grown man then moved on to a tiny kid XD he really doesn't look his age but I fond him cute.
For some reason he's obsessed with lines, I don't know why. The only reason he is obsessed is because last year in History class I kept pressing the - button on the computer and he was saying what's that. My bff said it's a subtraction sign. He said no. I said It's a line and he kept saying it. Line XD  
Btw his favourite band is also Coldplay
So yea... Line XD
Well anyway, at least I've moved on, hey?
I'll probably write another journal about this again tomorrow and see how things go.
